Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please carefully review all personalization details (names, spellings, sizes, colors) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at sillybillydogshop@gmail.com with:

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
If we offer non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
